# Audio Blocks

Audio blocks in Hapticlabs Studio allow you to import and play .wav files in your haptic tracks. They can be combined with other block types (vibrate, pause, pulse) on a single track or multiplied in a Stereo-track.

# Adding an Audio Block

Click the '+' button to add a new block, then select the 'Audio' option from the block menu and choose a .wav file from your computer. Click on the audio file name to replace the audio file.

# Customizing Audio Blocks

# Duration

The duration parameter specifies the playback time of the audio block. Control this value through the slider or by pulling the right border of the block with your cursor.

# Volume

The volume parameter determines the intensity of the audio playback. Adjust this value using the dedicated slider in the Block Settings panel.

# Waveform Visualization

The waveform of your imported audio file is visually represented within the block. This gives you a clear view of the sound's structure.

# Audio Preview

Use the play button next to the audio file name to preview the sound.
